Since 1974 Earth Science Products Corporation has employed a forward-looking
manufacturing process that transform petroleum waste products into
environmentally safe chemicals that significantly improves clay soil surface and
subsurface conditions and produces healthy soil conditions.

Each year swelling or shrinking soils inflict over $2 billion in
damages to houses, buildings, roads, levies, pipelines and other
structures. For over three decades now our laboratory tested
Condor SS preserves environmentally safe solutions that prevent
the damage caused by expansive clay based soils.

The Condor AG Landlife
process breaks up clay and compacted soils by affecting the clay
particles in the soil so that they can aggregate and behave more
like normal soil particles. It is a safe, convenient, and effective
way to obtain more useable soil while providing a better environment
for utilizing existing soil nutrients. Laboratory-tested Condor AG
Landlife is environmentally safe to soil and groundwater.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency estimates there are
400,000 to 1 million contaminated brownfield sites. These include
former gas stations with petroleum hydrocarbon deposits, dry cleaner
businesses that discarded hazardous chemicals, and manufacturing gas
plants that left behind sludge. Such environmental issues have often
prevented land from being redeveloped. Laboratory tested
Condor LR safely returns the hydrocarbon-contaminated soils to
their original state while environmentally protecting the subsurface
groundwater. Condor LR's proprietary Bioremediation Process offers
greater control in ex-situ methods and improved project costs for
in-situ methods.

Condor DG’s bio-waste
process offers a unique, environmentally safe, and cost effective
method for reducing waste build-up while controlling odors.
Numerous testing preformed by E.P.A. certified U.S.A. laboratories
have proven that Condor DG is extremely effective in
providing bacterial decomposition of organic waste material. These
tests also reveal that there is no toxic, adverse, or harmful
substances created or generated during this process. Condor DG can
be used for the deodorizing and digestion of organic solid wastes,
as found in pit toilets, vault toilets, holding tanks, portable
toilets, sludge drying beds, sewage treatment plants, landfills,
lagoons, septic drain fields, etc.
