What is Condor® AG - Landlife?
Condor AG - Landlife is a concentrated liquid that is mixed with water and
applied in order to optimize or condition soil for growing plants. It is an
“ionic exchange resin” that changes heavy or high clay content soils into a form
more useable for farming, gardening, or landscaping. With Condor AG your soil
will require less irrigation and fertilization, and there will be fewer problems
with standing surface water caused by the soil beneath it holding onto moisture.
Condor AG is made from recycled material and has been approved for
agricultural use. It is safe for wildlife and fish and actually results in a
healthier soil. It does not leave a residue or contain contaminants.
Condor AG Is Great for Golf Courses & Lawns
How is Condor® AG used?
Soil with high clay content, when treated with Condor AG, performs like a
higher quality soil, requires less irrigation, less fertilization, and helps
drain otherwise boggy area. Condor AG is great for gardens, lawns, golf courses,
trees, and shrubs. It is also a wonderful tool for agriculture. For more
information regarding the benefits of Condor AG, see our
Optimizing Soil for Growth page.
Condor AG can be mixed with water and applied during irrigation or it can be
sprayed on separately using a liquid applicator. In cases where there is a
problem with surface water not properly draining into the ground, Condor AG
concentrate can be mixed into the surface water. The treated water will drain
into the soil and the soil having then been treated, will be freed of standing
water for an extended period.
How does Condor® AG work?
Condor AG - Landlife is a concentrated liquid that mixes with water. Once
mixed, it ionizes the solution which, when applied to the ground, carries the
ionized water into the soil. The ionized water migrates through the soil
neutralizing cationic (positive) charges present in the clay platelets contained
within the soil. The clay then loses its affinity for water. Water that had been
held in the clay is released and the nutrients that had been trapped with the
water is made available to facilitate plant growth. With the proper oxygen rich
environment, increased levels of good bacteria can develop, increasing the
health of root systems and enhancing the uptake of nutrients. The soil becomes
more granular and behaves more like a good quality soil for growing.
